अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के मौके पर बॉलीवुड सितारों ने भी वीडियो और तस्वीरें शेयर कर लोगों को योग करने के लिए प्रेरित किया है. करीना कपूर खान, शिल्पा शेट्टी से लेकर मलाइका अरोड़ा ने, छठें अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की शुभकामनाएं लोगों की दी हैं.

करीना कपूर ने योगासन करते हुए फोटो शेयर की और लिखा, “फ्लेक्सिकल और फैब रहें.”

शिल्पा शेट्टी ने अपने पूरे परिवार का योग करते हुए वीडियो शेयर किया. उन्होंने लिखा, "सभी को अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की बधाई. आज मैं अपनी एक निजी बात आप सभी के साथ शेयर कर रही हूं. मैं हर योग सेशन के बाद शांति मंत्र का जाप करती हूं. आज मैं खुद को और बेहतर करने का प्रण लेती हूं."

Like most of us, I always thought that yoga is just about twisting our body into complicated contortions and about being a human pretzel. Until @munmun.ganeriwal told me it isn’t. Sitting on the mat every day for few minutes, trying to tune in even when infinite thoughts might interfere, offers as much benefits to our body and mind. The act of meditating is actually classified as ‘Upasana Yoga’ in Yogic scriptures. An incredible stroke of luck is that International Yoga Day today coincides with the Solar Eclipse. An eclipse is one of the best time to deepen our spiritual practice, so make sure you meditate today for few minutes at least. People who know me, they know that everyday is International Yoga Day for me. Not a lot of you know this but yoga helped me through some of the toughest moments of my life - Both personally and professionally.
